Education - Response Development Training

Response Development Training is a successful and experienced provider of training courses to a wide range of public and private sector organisations.

Our vision is to bring these successful corporate products and methods, particularly in Teamwork, Leadership and Communication (TLC), and introduce them to young people aged 11-18.

From “education to their chosen vocation”, we can guide young people in their personal development and to make the most of their abilities.

Education Response offers both progressive modular and one-day courses in teamwork, leadership and communication at Key stage 3, Key Stage 4 and Post-16. All our courses include practical, outdoor and indoor sessions with a strong focus on review, reflection and transfer and application of learning.

We pride ourselves on high quality design, attention to detail and working in partnership with the school to get the best out of every individual. We respect diversity and promote integration for all with particular emphasis on the benefits to team performance from diverse skill sets.
