LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - MAKING THE DIFFERENCE

Working with our network partners we have designed a 7 day four module programme of leadership development for supervisory and middle managers within AWE. The programme delivery began in late 2003 and will eventually be undertaken by over 250 managers. The modules have received academic accreditation and form part of a foundation degree course.
