Presentation from Education Response facilitators followed by identification of training requirements through detailed meeting with school staff | Agreement from single school or consortium to purchase Teamwork, Leadership and Communication (TLC) development package from Education Response | The school chooses the appropriate course for their students:Pathway or Pathway Plus | ||

Education Response attend school site to confirm arrangements. Student joining letter sent to school with explanation of the day. | Student course(s) delivered by Education Response and school staff. Review action plans (individual and group). Certificates issued | Education Response send a post course report to staff on key learning points and action planning items. | ||
Pathway Plus Programme |
