The style of the courses is relaxed and informal; learning is experiential throughout and underpinned by action-learning methods:

The success of this type of learning is based on an Education Response culture, which asks students to take a positive attitude and enjoy themselves. We believe that one of the best ways of encouraging learning is through fun.

This blend of facilitation, enjoyment, ownership, openness and practical team tasks helps to develop confidence, self-reliance and a willingness to embrace change. It uses “intelligences” not traditionally developed as part of the National Curriculum.
